One of my resolutions this year, was to eat healthier. Although I feel like I’ve been watching what I eat better, I need to step it up a notch.
I read “Eat to Live” last night after doing some research on it, and I’m sold. This year I want to:
-Acheive and maintain my goal (and formerly normal) weight
-Lower my cholesterol naturally (yes, it’s very high)
-Put natural, nutritious, and healthful food items in my body. No more processed crap.
My body is trying to tell me to treat it better, and I’m starting today.
Basically, I’ll be going super-vegan for the next six weeks, and then slowly introduce some (healthier) animal products back into my diet after the six week time.
So, I’ll be cooking even more, and trying my best to take pictures and post what I eat.
It’s sort of funny, the fish taco fanatic is giving up fish for a while.
