Squashed out

I’ve been slacking on blogging, BUT I will have some colorful food updates soon. I’ve been eating to live, and experimenting with a bunch of different recipes.

I made my first spaghetti squash. And let me tell you, I have enough to feed a small country. I’m getting a little sick of spaghetti squash, but putting it in all of my recipes this week to get rid of it.
