After an awesome weekend, full of copious amounts of food and alcohol, I’m definitely feeling the need to detox (especially after stepping into jeans for the first time all summer).
My colleague is trying the Arden’s Garden 2-day detox, and I think I’m going to do the same.
Basically, you drink a gallon of their juice, alternating with glasses of water, each day for two days. Since it’s a long weekend, I think it’ll be a good time to survive only on juice, as I hear napping is also necessary on this cleanse.
Then, I’ll go back to eating healthy full time, and also avoiding alcohol until the wedding weekend.
